Minimum maintenance

I clock in like 1000 km each year. Can someone please advise me - what is the minimum maintenance schedule?

Mine is the supercharged from 2011, currently has some 50000 klics on the clock. Change oil, for one. But what else?

I would also at least do the air filter as well Currently MY16 Disco 4
