Rear Screen Entertainment problem

Simple problem ... both the rear screens don't appear to work ..

I've watched the LR video tutorial ... and have tried using the rear remote .... Limo .. lock ... etc ...


They did work when I used them once several months ago ....

Any other suggestions ...Has it happened to anyone else ... 2014.5 SDV6 AB Dynamic ... Fuji /Santorini Pan roof and 22's

Front screen is working and can view DVD on that .... but it's not dual view ..

I tried working it with Limo mode from the back ... going to go take a quick look at the slider switch on the remote though

not seen that


Edit....just had a look and had seen sliders on the remote ... have tried them again , tried every possible combo 2014.5 SDV6 AB Dynamic ... Fuji /Santorini Pan roof and 22's

The RSE is about as user friendly as a kick in the cods but I have always eventually managed to get them to work.

DRDILL ... went through that process and about 10 others as well just for good measure ...

It's off to the dealers next week for them to resolve .. The rear screen are not working at all ... 2014.5 SDV6 AB Dynamic ... Fuji /Santorini Pan roof and 22's

DRDILL ... took it in today .... Dealer confirmed there is a fault with the rear screens

As you say lets hope it's a simple fix... Getting them to do my callipers at the same time 2014.5 SDV6 AB Dynamic ... Fuji /Santorini Pan roof and 22's

It used to work ...

What is worrying though is the dealership didn't know where the remote for the screens was stored ... Shocked

Most cars sold here are all quite basic spec Laughing 2014.5 SDV6 AB Dynamic ... Fuji /Santorini Pan roof and 22's

Went in this morning for the work to be carried out .......

Doesn't look like it's coming back tonight which indicates it's not an easy fix .....



Just found out i'm going to need new TV's and possibly a complete new infotainment system .....due to the language barrier I don't completely understand the full extent of the problem ... but I will find out 2014.5 SDV6 AB Dynamic ... Fuji /Santorini Pan roof and 22's

So It's day 4 today and i'm told the new infotainment system hasn't rectified the problem .....

Day 8 tomorrow and no sign of my car coming back....

Car's been in 2 weeks now..... they don't know what the problem is ..... Engineer being flown out to try and resolve it...
