in our defence ( i need to defend where i work) most of the things being pointed out are actually service problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will admit that it is a problem as they have had several problems employee wise. But we have put in place new service team, new parts team new work shop controller and we have a new Dealer Principle who is an ex mechanic so service based. I would like to get feed back on what people think of sales department, as there have also been some major changes there as well and would like to hear where the problems were and how we can go about stopping them for the future.

Dan Car Sales executive @ Stratstone Land Rover Heathrow, was told about this site by a customer of mine.

Dan,

Welcome to the forum - nice to see a dealer posting directly onto the forum - to be honest I'm suprised as I didn't believe manufacturers were keen on dealers getting involved in forums - is this not true?

Good work though Thumbs Up

Cheers

Kaine

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Arctic Frost

Well someone forgot to tell Lakeland Land Rover over on Disco3.

He is a site sponsor over there.

It's a pity we haven't got a Land Rover dealer as a site sponsor on here too. Whistle Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.
