Birmingham Trading Standards will only help if you live in Brum. They say contact your local TS which, as I live in Spain, I cannot do. I have emailed a european trading standards setup but have not heard anything (and am not very hopefull!!).
I am pretty content that they are getting a bad rep on some forums as I really think the attitude of the MD deserves to put them out of business!!

Write Rimstock a letter telling them you are not happy and put at the bottom:

anyone have a link to the bimmerforum thread? or the lexus thread i've done a search for rimfurbish but nothings come up,
they've had my alloys for nearly 4 months now

I think I posted it under Rimstock but I'm not sure. I'm not at the laptop just now but I'll try and have a look later! I think I put it in the Off Topic in Bimmerforums but maybe moved down a page or so by now!
