B & C Pillar removal

Hello all,

I just bought colour coded pillars. I already changed out the A pillar (Front windshield) and D pillars (rear panel). Does anyone know how to remove the b & C pillars? The ones in between the 2 side windows? There looks like there's a hex screw on the bottom and I removed it but it didn't do anything. Hopefully someone can help me out.
