iTLad, there is of course one other way that the dealership will loose - they will loose you as a customer who would have been bringing his car back for servicing and accessories. Now I doubt you will return and will find another service outlet to look after your baby.

BTW if you bought the car from a franchised LR dealership then you should receive a customer satisfaction survey shortly. Make sure you complete and return it - you can normally elect not to let the dealership see what you have written about them if you only want to vent your anger with LR. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
