My current D3 has a couple of damn annoying rattles that the dealer has never been able to shift. One from behind the bulkhead on the passenger side and one from the grab handle mount above the drivers head. I have been in many newer D3's with no rattles at all, I put my troubles down to the car being relatively early in the production run.

Has anyone had any specific rattles etc out of the RRS....anything I should listen / look out for when the new addition to the family arrives? - rattles do my nut in completely!!!! Censored Currently: Carbon Black 535d

The rear hatch has been known to rattle a little bit. But there are some rubber stops you can twist out that stop this from happening.

How old is your car Shmoogle? (Just thinking in terms of production runs etc - the D3's similar in age to mine rattle like bags of bolts! Lots of issues reported on D3.co.uk) Currently: Carbon Black 535d
