Is my budget realistic? Or maybe I m being too fussy, I just hate the Black leather inside the RRS, I ve been trying to find a Ebony Cloth/Alacantra mix for a while but maybe thats on the new models.
How difficult would you say changing Germany plates to Spainish or UK to Spanish?

With 34k in the UK to buy a LHD car you should be able to get something very decent.

Sorry, can't answer your q about swapping between plates. There are a few folks on here who travel from country to country though, so sit tight Thumbs Up
