I heard one of the suggestions from Minister for Justice Jack Straw this morning at Manchester is to force people on community service to wear Hi Visiblity clothing.............................. I am amazed that the Health and Safety people don't already enforce that rule anyway. We use offenders (not called community service anymore) to do work at my son's school, they do a lot of grounds work, painting, fencing and slab laying - it saved a fortune! Porsche Cayenne S Diesel 66 Plate

my thoughts exactly. My wife has been ticketed twice in the last 12 months and on both occassions she knew what she was doing and therefore paid the fine as required
