Just to close this loop, the dealer has now spoken to the factory, who have confirmed the 175/80/19 is the correct spare with 20” wheels – presumably the RRS weight makes this profile work.

The 4 on the car are 20” diameter with 275/40/20 tyres, but the spare is a 19” with 175/80/19 ... |
