Were you changing the oil and didn't put enough in or dis the oil just get low?

If the former - did you change the oil filter? If so - did you put it in correctly - the little knob at the bottom h ...

After not putting enough oil in my pride and joy.... I have seized my enguine. After tons of diagnostic work.... I have been told I need to either buy a second hand.... been in accident.... no damage ...
