| Yes that's correct, the trouble I found was in all the other posts, they said to sit in the car, ignition on etc etc & eventually the red man would disappear & you could then do your in/out... ... |

 OK, everyone, my 2008 RRS, like all other had (Emphasis on the HAD !) the warning ping when you took the seatbelt off for reversing etc, I tried the techniques listed here but they just didn't work ... |

| Hi Tastech, ok, the chip fits inline with the sensor plug at the end of the common rail, for my Mercedes, there is no power supply required & the chip literally plug in and out in about 10 seconds ... |

Oh....Forgot to mention The chip fits in about 3 minutes, plug & play & yes you really do notice the difference
