So the TDV8 isn't a ford engine?
The TDV8 is a Ford engine. Derived from TDV6, it was pilot built at Dagenham before production moved to a Ford plant in Mexico (Chihuahua). |

TDV6 built at Ford Dagenham, TDV8 built in Chihuahua, Mexico (the smallest of a family of diesels built there, mainly for Ford trucks). Petrols built at Ford Bridgend.
