The dealer is more than happy to fix any problems with the car as i have 1 years warranty on it, I have to wait until it does the limp mode thing again so they have a fault code to work from.

After having the fault codes cleared a couple of days ago the car now drives as it should, Early days yet i know but it seems that the stuck turbo actuator thing has freed off for now........ ... |
