hello everybods,
I'm new here today, just saying hello.

Just wondered if any body else was dissappointed by the very poor mpg the new sport returns, especially the petrol V8 which is the same mpg as it was 30 years ago!

Perhaps we should take mpg more serioarsely?

I do!

Hi

RRS Tdv6 due in March, hopefully. Silver, Ebony and Rhodium. Sunroof, side steps, mud flaps, dynamic pack, privacy glass and sill plates.

Having looked at all the performance upgrades I'm off to Overfinch for mine as this is hopefully last car before i retire in 4 years time and i want longevity over max bhp - engine upgrade, side vents, brunel grey styling pack and alacantra trim to dash and steering wheel. So far!
Tis interesting that compared to other chip companies Overfinch won't modify the engine till you've done 700 miles.

Mind you in a couple of years I might drop the new V8 diesel into it, that would sort it!
Can't wait! Great web site. TDV6 - gone
TDV8 - gone

New potential owner

Hello all
I am new here, belgian - just got 60 years.
I am thinking of buying a 4x4, have been through a lot of documentation, result:
first choice (to my criteria): RRS-TD 6 cyl-HSE
second: VW touareg 6 cyl TD
My problem: I hear a lot about trouble with LR vehicles
- electrical
- pneumatic suspension

is this also the case with this RRS?
I would appreciate your info and suggestions
Thanks
Best regards

Buy the RRS - the VW is dull! As with most cars there are small problems, read this forum for more info. By the way I presume you are 60 years old not just got 60 years! If you just got 60 years though what was it for and why do you need a car? Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Hello everyone

Just registered on the site and wanted to say how brilliantly designed and useful it is - thanks Martin.

In the summer I was all set to order a D3 and, although I like the whole concept, emphasis on function etc. I decided it was just too big! I realise that the RRS is hardly a small car and virtually the same weight. But it has altogether a more compact feel and looks fabulous. So mine is on order - TDV6 SE, no extras.
