I’ve not taken delivery of me P460E yet but wanted to ask if the Front Junction View Camera Mode actually shows a clear view of what’s directly to the left and right of the bonnet?

I’ve seen many videos on the cameras but I can’t be sure if I could use it when leaving my driveway to join the main road as the view is restricted by a large hedge on both sides and I’d be 2 feet onto the road before I could clearly see what traffic is on the road. 2023 P440e SE Dynamic (ordered Jan. 2023 - delivery expected July 2024!)

Hi,

Bought the surround cameras on a previous L494 specifically for the junction view function at a particularly dodgy junction on my daily commute.

In the end I hardly ever used it!

Didn’t know the L461 had the function till your post - I’ve thought about using it that much in the 20 months I’ve had it!

Really easy to use and great view angle. The old L494 2016 screen was about 7 presses to get to junction view. L461 is 2 taps and very obvious !

Is this something they all have? If so how do I access it please? Cheers

Yes - all cars with the 360 cameras. Details on how to use are in the iGUIDE.

I find that junction view represents the oncoming cars as if they are further away than they are... Be cautious... I.e. if the oncoming car image is small, its closer than it looks.
