Model L461 how to fit side steps?

Hi All,

Has anyone fitted side steps to their 2023 onwards RR Sport? Help please!

I purchased an aftermarket set that are "simple to fit" but have now found that, after speaking to the supplier, I need to cut away some of the plastic coverings on the underside of the car to make the brackets fit, and better still, the supplier doesn't have fitting instructions and can't tell me exactly where the threaded hole are to accept the bolts. I think I've located the threaded holes for the rear mounting, but have no idea where the front holes are. On the basis I've only covered 1400 miles, I'm a little reluctant to start unscrewing covers without knowing what is behind them.

Has anyone done this already and coudl you send me some advice, photos etc please.

Thanks in advance all.....hopeful I'm not the only one to being trying to do this!

Hi,

If they are like the deployables on my 24MY AB, you’ll need to buy the auxiliary jacking point kit too.

Fitting instructions for the OEM ones are here:-
