Alexa?

Anyone managed to make Alexa work? My just delivered car (so has the new screen and no dials - works ok once you get used to it and the phone charger is in a much better place) has the Alexa app but says I need to renew my subscription when I try and make it work!?

Hi,

My 24MY ( no knobs & switches) works fine and I’ve programmed the “long press” on the favourites button to activate it.

Thanks, I’ll ask the dealer when they contact me to tell me my boot mat has arrived - out of stock apparently!!!

Would be interested to know how you get on with this.

Picked my car up in Jan and have never been able to get anywhere with Alexa. Says I need to renew a data pack, has a loading wheel and then just comes back with unavailable.

The only help I get from the dealer is that is house be seeing a QR code on the screen 🤷🏼‍♂️

Mine works fine, (MY2023) just logged on with my normal Amazon account, I find it excellent, just the same as the house Alexa. 2022 P510e RRS AB Frenze Red

I had the exact same issue, I have a 2024 RRS Autobiography (Delivery 1st March 2024, no button version with everything on the screen)

All the live apps that required access to the internet displayed the renew online pack subscription screen, after a couple of weeks of online chat with Land Rover UK Customer Experience Centre and my dealer the car just out of the blue started connecting to weather alexa etc. It was a nightmare as they were all acting like they have never seen this issue before but they managed to fix it with a lot of complaining from me.
