Grand black vaneer

Hi all - car has a few scuffs and scratches on the black cupholder cover and panel next to the gear selector. Does anyone know of a way it can be tidied up or if it’s a replaceable part? I suspect one would need to change the whole section!

Ah! If you can't polish it out, then maybe see about getting a genuine LR replacement. Ouch!
