P0170 with no apparent issues..

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has had the above code, by its self?
Have had a CEL out of the blue, car driving wonderfully. Sole P0170 code. Cant find any vacuum leaks, cleaned MAF, live read outs all appear within limits (02,fuel pressure,MAF air flow etc).
Any similar experience or knowledge on how to rectify greatly appreciated.
