I’ve got some of the Wynns turbo cleaner spray I’m going to use too, where is the best place to spray in on this car, undo the air intake pipes and spray there?

Hmmm, I think the shorter distance between the application point and the actual location of the soot deposit, the better. I am really interested in how this works though, as the spray must travel through the cold side of the turbo, the intercooler, the combustion chamber (what happens there?) and eventually it reaches the hot side of the turbo where the soot resides.
On the other hand, fuel additives also get injected to the combustion chamber, so almost the same story here. Regards etc.,

I’m thinking it’s got to be one of the inlet manifolds now, checked the actuators this morning, passenger side working fine, drivers side a little sticky but WD 40 applied and was all working fine.
I did get it go into limp mode after this and applying turbo cleaner (both the spray down the air intake and the one in the diesel tank) in fairness it did take much longer to come up today but it’s still doing it Censored

A good indication of a split intake is the fault code message: Boost correlation bank A

This means the right hand intake is most likely split. A quick visual way is to look at the fuel rail, if the injector pipes/nuts are sooty/oily, then you've found the fault. The intake splits along the seam under boost pressure, then it seals back up. Hence no fault upon restart.
