Poland 2011 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Lux Fuji White

Doing the park brake shoes as well?

I’m doing my rear rotors and park brake shoes plus spring kit for them this week. Pads are good, parking brake shoes are rough and have chewed up my rotors. 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory

Eh up all

Well to close this out and in case it’s of use to anyone else.

Got 2 x 180 mm Michelin valve extension and mounts , about £5.00 delivered Very Happy

When I attempted to put them on my valve on my spare air pi88ed out Crying or Very sad

Figured it was simply that the tyre valve thread was not long enough so elected to file of 2mm of the brass knurled connection on the extension - worked a treat Thumbs Up

You definitely need the two extension linked together otherwise reach to the tow mounting point is not sufficient

Gave the extension a brief coat of silicone grease - ran them up and over into the back of the tow mount

Only other adaptations I made was cut off the valve mount return on the metal bracket that has the spring clip on it and fixed it with a nylock

Worked a treat

Sorry no photos as it Censored it down on me and did it on the drive - not 😆

Thanks to Col and NoExpert for the advice

JDPRRSUK - thanks for the comments- I’m chuffed with results at least it’s usable now

I’m dead chuffed can check the spare for pressure with ease - bet I never bl88by need it now Rolling with laughter

NoExpert - doing rear discs n pads but a bit concerned about the epb- reading Bodsys looks like I need a reader to engage the epb in service mode will start a separate thread and all help appreciated

Cheers all hope this post helps someone else Thumbs Up
