4 wheel align trouble.

Presently trying to to do 4 wheel align . Not me personally.
Twice I have had to replace one of the bottom arm bolts to adjust the camber . Firstly the excuse had been after market bolts not holding the concentric fixture to the manufactured washer in place , thus unable to adjust bottom arm . Secondly the newly acquired OEM bolt with the acquired groove for the washer losing the required ability to adjust that fixed washer keyed to the grooved bolt to destroyed the groove manufactured into the concentric washer .
While adjusting the the camber , I have noticed that on both occasions that the garage mech. Has failed to release the the bolt sufficiently to allow rotation of the bolt against the small lugs on the chassis / brackets.
So final excuse has been that the washer at the other end of the bolt had lost the key due to the fact the chassis bracket had been squeezed in too far and run out of thread and guide for the fixed washer

I don’t think so !
I think he has not slackened the bolt overall enough to allow concentric movement .
Any comments welcome .
