Remap/tuning box

Hi all ive a 2012 3.0ltr RRS 8 speed i dont like the turbo lag on it so iam wondering which one would be best a remap or a tuning box ?.

Remap with egr delete will make it much better 2015 RRS DIESEL HYBRID

I'd go for a remap (Alive or Bell) over a tuning box. It's more bespoke to the engine type. Also why would you spend your hard earned cash on a lovely vehicle, then risk the engine and gearbox with a cheapie box to get a few more BHP?. 2006 2.7 TDV6 HSE in Cairns Blue.
