Front Seat Head Rest removal on 2016 HSE electric seats

Hi Don't seem to be able to find out how to remove front head Rests. I want to fit seat covers and need to remove Head Rest to fit. M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW.
