Oil leak had car 1 day

Collected new car day after oil on drive was told it’s oil pump seal it was tested day before I collected it should I walk away ? It’s got 44k on click 2019 help and advice appreciated

2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

There are plenty of RRS out there to choose from, so I'd be inclined to get my money back and look elsewhere. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
