Just a little question regarding the DAB aftermarked installation in my Range Rover Sport 2014

Experience that quite loud squeeze (slap in speakers) in the car speaker when you open the door and bring the head unit to life The same sound is also present when you turn on the head unit itself during operation

What do you think this is and may be an easy fix ?

Was not there before the installation of the DAB-unit, ???
