Coming up to the end of my two year approved warranty and found myself in a bit of a conundrum. I was going to sell it and get something newer/ under warranty but the virus has put paid to that!

Had the quote from Land Rover of £945 for the year, or £94.50pm. Decided to extend it whilst I’m deciding what to do. Fancy a discovery or an x5 next but currently undecided.

On a side note, I’d had a couple of instances of restricted performance recently so sent it in last week (key worker) to be looked at. Needed a new throttle sensor at a cost of £360 to the warranty company. Look at warranty direct, you can arrange it up to a year in advance, so basing it on current mileage, and you only need a £25 deposit to hold the price Joined the X5 45e club
