Tailgate bottom panel removal?

Ok so anyone know how the panel at the bottom of the tailgate (one with RANGE ROVER on it) is removed please?

Want to respray it, i'll have a look but easier if someone knows, don't want to remove inner tailgate panel if it doesn't need to be and the panel im on about just unclips

I am about to do mine, did you find the silver colour paint of the original, if so where?
