Usual life philosophy which is what you say...if it is too good to be true, then........... Everything about this screams to leave well alone. I reckon it is a trader or a scam, either way don't get involved. Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience. |

Agree with Godders. Walk away. Your own post shows your doubts. |

It says “recent new MOT to September 2019”, so this implies it was listed last October or November maybe.

I’d stay clear, he’s pulling the wool! He says no advisories on the last MOT, he’s not telling porkies per se, but it was a retest after it failed for brake pipe corrosion. The same corrosion it was picked up on advisories 2 years earlier!! It’s only done 6000 mikes in the last 4 years, how many of them were because it was off road. I suspect the seller is part time trader moving on a lemon. Check the MOT history on line. 2012 5.0 SC AB

Agree with Brit Plumber who raises the risks. Buy cheap and unknown and repent at leisure. These are not cheap to keep on the road in good condition. There are plenty around at less risk if you search online. |

As father Jack states, a good one is hard enough and costly to keep in tip top condition. The reason no one is swarming is because everybody else is suspicious. If it is as good as they say then why the ridiculous price tag ? With these vehicles to buy, be patient and check everything, what information is known about this car is suspect and shows that the whole truth isn't forthcoming in the advert. Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience. |
