Windscreen washer jets

Hi all,
Haven’t seen anything posted for a while on this.
Recently my windscreen washers stopped working. Just as we are getting regular snow, sleet and rain.
The headlamp washers and read screen washers both work.
I can hear the motor whirring when pressing the button on the stalk.
Am i to presume that it could be down to the tubing (2006 car) potentially being at fault.

To check this would require taking the bonnet muffler off. ??
Any tricky moments ahead that anyone knows of with taking the muffler matt off and not replacing it immediately?
Are the washer pipes easy to locate/ replace?

The under bonnet sound deadening pad is fairly easy to remove which I did recently to install Dynamat sound proofing. I suggest you use a V notch plastic trim removal device to extract the Christmas tree clips. The pad needs to be fully supported as you remove the last few clips as it is likely to bend in half if you don't and damage the material. Two people job.

There is no problem in driving around without the pad in place.
