Thinking of Buying a RRS

Hello

I'm new here and I would love a little advice. I'm buying my first RRS, maybe a 2009 and was wondering if anyone can give advice on what to watch out for and what to avoid, all advise would be great as ive heard a few to many things. Thanks Smile

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Lux Orkney Grey

Hello mab25715 and welcome to the forum.

Have a look at the buyers guide on the following link from forum member 'Paddi'. which was posted by forum member Russben

Do you know what you want in terms of spec or engine size?
if you do a search on buying guide you will get a load of hits which should prove helpfull.

I found it useful before i bought mine last year.

If you post links when you have found what you are looking fir members are very helpful.

Good luck hunting Very Happy

2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Bali Blue

Not sure if you are already aware, if you're looking for a 2009 model its worth looking at MY2010 cars (available on 59 plate and above) as these were a heavily revised facelift model.

As anyone on this site will tell you though, condition is most important - a car that's been loved and cared for will likely cost you less in the long run, although they are ageing cars and things can fail and need replacement. I think its about a 50/50 split between owners on here who have a warranty. If you don't, you should at least budget for failures (cost of parts and labour will typically cost hundreds and occasionally thousands to fix) 2010 RRS 3.0 TDV6 - Bali Blue / Ivory Leather / Extended Leather / TV / Rear Entertainment / Privacy Glass / Timed Climate
Mods - 21" Style 101 Alloys / Sidesteps / De-badged Rear / LED Lighting / Autobiography Grill & Vents / Remote FBH w/GPS
