Grey RRS on A303

Wouldn't normally post on a "seen" RRS (they are not exactly exclusive now the Chavs have them Ner Ner ) but this one was being winched onto a tow truck. This was on teh A303 (from memory), near the M5 end.

"Strange, never seen a broken-down one", I thought to myself. Then I noticed the frosted & bowed in windscreen & three bikers looking bit perplexed befind the RRS & put two & two together! Hope it was none of you dispeputibles that had a close encounter with a leathered dude with a crash hat!

Did't see it happen but don't think the biker was going to come off best, prob having had the RRS pull out when he was wellying it & biker ended up on bonnet & hit screen. Had just passed another crash where a Defender 90 had been flipped by his trailer & was lying on its side with the trailer butt in the air.

I'd just been down to LR Yoevil to have raised air & side runners fitted & got caught up in all the traffic. Was trying to keep my wife's D3 out of the list of traffic statistics!
