This story never ends. The woman supposedly looking after has now accidentally sent my wife a mail she meant to send internally effectively calling my wife a liar. Jesus I just wanted my car fixed and now I want nothing to do with it or Harwoods ever again.

This summer is turning into a surreal nightmare. On top of this, the total chaos in the country and the football yesterday someone tried to crash into me in my other car pulling out without looking in front of a bright red car. Missed them by an inch. The day before that a car aquaplaned off the road right next to me on the M25 and somersaulted over the crash barrier. I think I've offended the gods..

I'd suggest sending that to both the dealer principal (or higher within the Harwoods group) and JLR (on here)- totally unacceptable on every level.

If anyone did that in my co they'd be facing a disciplinary without question... 2012 RRS HSE. Firenze Red.
