Ive learned a lot in my 46 years, and getting wound up over a car is low on my list of to-do's Yes it's upsetting, more because of the inconvenience. I could have lied to my insurers and said I was driving and had a slight mishap, I would now have a like-for-like car on the drive and Land Rover would be fixing my car.

All parts ordered. Car stripped and inspected. You know what? Its virtually unmarked. Superficial. Still gonna cost around 2.5k to repair but just means all new and clean bonnet. New windscreen. New trim. New grille. Might even shove in an AB grille and vents. New wing mirrors. ( One thing I will say, you'll be very surprised at how much corrosion is on the fixings of the wing mirrors. You cant see it until you remove them but i'd imagine many more are the same. )
