Yep SuperT the same engine is used in various Jaguars, upmarket Pugs and Citroens and will probably be available to other makers that use PSA diesel motors in their cars. There are a lot of TDv6 engines around. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Andrew, I take it by "vogue TDV8" you are talking full fat Range Rover?

That's a pity, I was hoping for an independant evaluation of the TDV8 RRS. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

Guys.. i with held my deposit back from williams manchester LR as they had promised delivery in Jan 07, but then told me, sorry you won't be 6th, you'll be 7th, and they still couldn't tell me much about anything.

I then spoke to a broker guy on another forum, who just got a launch full fat RR confirmed for another member, and i thought it may be worth speaking with him, good job i did, he told me the LR dealer had misinformed me, customer vehicles weren't arriving till Feb 07, and if i was no.7 i prob would be looking mid summer earliest.. too close to the M3 delivery for my liking, therefore, im opting to go with him, and pay his small fee and get a dealer launch car in Feb instead of waiting..

Still going through the details with him, but i think this is the best bet for me. TB, do you know anything about the build dates of the RRS TDV8? quite looking forward to getting back into an RRS, broker friends of mine are all saying that the TDV8 is going to be very good news indeed. Customer supply will be held down initially during first 12 months as always.

I am very impressed with the way LR have deployed their extension strategies, keeping the RRS hot for three years on the trot is quite some feat.. even the X5 back in its day wasn't that exclusive and hot for that long!!
