How to recode the ccf after fitting TV/Rear screens

I'm in the process of fitting the HIDS4U interface with a rear camera,a TV tuner and rear Alpine screens(TME-M78). The screens/monitors are going to be fitted on the excisting head rests.

What I want to know is how to get these new addings to be displayed on the menu of the sat nav screen.
Searching through the forum I had managed to find a lot of mentioning for this retrofit, but not much of how to get it on the screen
Some info however say,as expected, a recoding is needed to the ccf(car configuration file).

I could get my hands on a diagnostic tool, but does anybody know please what options have to be selected to get this done?

You can't, your not fitting the LR parts, you're fitting the GVIF the satnav screen needs to be on satnav and then you can scroll through the inputs using the remote or the little button. The GVIF has a separate output for the rear screens. Bodsys Brake Bible
