Extended Warranty on RRSPORT 2005 TDV6 2.7

I just bought a 2005 TDV6 2.7 with 60000 Miles.
Reading through many treads I am getting a bit concerned about the reliability of this car. It is not my first Rover car, but my last P38 did give me very little problems during its 100000 miles in my service.
Is there an insurer who takes the personal risk out of the operation of this Sport? If so what would that cost?
