England 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black
This weekend

took a trip up to Dunstable to play some golf this weekend.

On the Friday night around 8ish a blue one went past me on the M25 between the M4 & M40 junctions. It was a custom colour obviously, looked a little like the solid blue Audi use. Looked awful to be honest. Anyone else seen this one? Was debadged so not sure what version.

Then 2 parked side by side in the golf club car park on Saturday Giverney green & a silver, both HSE's. 1st time I'd seen the green in the flesh, must admit looks quite nice. Anyoone here playing golf Saturday at Dunstable Downs? HSE TD6 (Java Black/Ivory)
911GT3 (Guards Red, carbon interior)
ElanSE (BRG)
Panamera Turbo S
Boxster S

I should be so lucky... I was sweltering at a wedding in the Welsh valleys. Can you believe it costs you nearly £5 to get into Wales now??? What a Censored liberty!!

It's the "Welcome to Wales Tax"! Goes hand in hand with the Mobile Welcome Vans (the ones keeping Mr Gatso in the manner etc) they wheel out at the weekend & Bank Hols.

Hadn't been into South Wales for a long time - I think the last time I went over the bridge it was only £1.50 or something.... excellent scenery where the wedding was though, in a place called Crickhowell near Brecon. Took a very open road through the national park with sheep wandering about all over the place. Several dead examples by the roadside. Thought of hauling one off to the wedding and suggesting a BBQ. Idea not approved by the Mrs though... Rolling Eyes

Small world, isn't it? Wink Some folks at our table at the wedding were staying there. Said the food was good and I think the drink must've been too judging by the state of their eyes! Laughing

That's the one. Can see it being attractive to some, but personally didn't think it looked right.

And as for the welcome in the welsh hillside, last time I went down (on the last Bank Holiday) the scamera van was stuck on the bridge right before the Severn Bridge tolls, a real double tax for some! HSE TD6 (Java Black/Ivory)

yep was going to go for a sprint blue RS4 which is similar to this colour, and my brother in law was going to get a misano red one! (glad we didnt now) otherwise paulL you may have a RED RS4 now..

Residuals were the reason why we changed our colour choices, seems the most popular colours are the grey and the black so it was best way of minimising hit when it comes to M3 time..

That would have been pre-decimilisation! We've all been getting screwed big time since then. Imagine if the Dartford Crossing or Forth Road Bridge was £2.45 each way, there would be bloodshed.
