New Tyres 2 or 4?

I had a puncture today and the tyre is a right off. I have 4 x General AT 275/40/20 tyres. My question is I assume I need to replace the pair on the same axle? But do I need to replace all 4? Tread is approx 6-8 mm all round. RRS 3.0 SDV6 HSE 2012 Santorini Black
