Chrysler 300c

My brother in law is running a seat alhambra [ too many kids ] - need to go over to Listers Seat with him tomorrow & on the same site is Listers Chrysler as well. Intend to have a good look at the 300c and touring version. they do look awsome with the Bentley style aftermarket grill [ here we go again ] also check out the SRT version. talk about value for money - if poss will take some pics.

Roll on the rugby season ............ I must be bored..... what else is there to do on a Saturday untill September? you can only cut the grass so many times & Mrs MDP has already spent the £10 I gave her at the end of the season Sad

The 300C does look quite funky.... can't help but imagine the ownership experience would be a disappointment though.

As i said - I will report back Sad

Yes it has some good looks - but only in as much as copying the bentley by fitting all the accessories from STARTECH [ brabus ] I went out a 3.0 crd touring - almost as quick as the supercharged Shocked

Quickly moving on ............................. phew

In the showroom - dark blue saloon with all the imitation Bentley stuff - grill etc - but thats where it all stops!!!

The car is really great value esp the 5.7v8 or even the SRT version now out only in saloon guise. BUT and its a big BUT value for money comes at a price - cheap interior - very cheap - nuf said!

I was only ever interested in the SRT-8 - But some photos of 300c + 300c Touring with the bentley style grill

Looks good in dark colours & prefer the 20" wheels by startech [ top pic ]

Hmm... touring looks like an afterthought, imho but maintain the saloon would do well on the cool wall. How did it drive, Martin? Isn't it meant to be based on the E-class chassis?

Yes its is all based on Mercedes mechanicals and is built in Austria. I went out in the touring 3.0crd - amazingly quiet and punchy - but just too austere inside for me Sad
