Scotland 2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Fuji White

I have a set of 20" fitted with Vredestein Wintrac Xtreme
Only covered 200 miles in < 5 degree conditions so cant comment personally but they do get a great review.

First winter I fitted 255/50/19 Goodyear Wrangler M+S because the 20" conti supplied were Censored

I currently have 275/40/20 Scorpions supplied and some say they are fine but I fitted 255/50/19 winter conti based on opinions here although I have not had a chance to test them yet due to mild winter last year Rolling Eyes

Will be fitting them again at weekend and waiting for the white stuff Cool Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW

Still hoping for a S2 one day!

I fitted the 19" winter tyres weekend and once again blown away by the improvement in ride quality - can't believe an inch makes such a difference or is it the winter tyre compound too Confused Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW

Must be the compound too. I switched from 20" all season tyres with 6-7mm tread (so plenty of life still left) to 20" winter tyres 8-9 days ago and can notice an improvement. Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

Is anyone using 19" Michelins? I am about to buy them but wondered if there are any opinions about them. I have always liked Michelin tyres and tyreleader have good prices for them.
