21 inch 10 spoke style 4 out of the blue!

I got these rims in my build order without asking....
Actually I preferred to keep the original 19" rims in my SE for off-road convenience....
Does anybody know if these 21" rims come now as standard or something? I built the car back in Otober but I'll get a 14.5 model.
