Arb bushes & suspension fault

Ordered new arb bushes & clamps from duckworths and am going to get them fitted this week. Hopefully that should be the end of the knocking noises and creaking over bumps.

Today though suspension warning light came on and said " normal ride height only" I plugged it straight into diagnostic machine and following code came up

"Pressure increases too slow when filling reservoir"

From searching on here it would seem my compressor needs changing, where is it located (thinking it might be worth doing it same time as bushes)and what are the best options as I have seen a similar post on here about a company called Landyair who recon compressors and I think they are based just round the corner from me.

I never thought is was noisy until today. I was sat in car with diagnostic plugged in and as soon as I cleared the fault code the compressor fired back up and did sound a bit noisy, but not sure if it was just more noticeable as I was listening for it with no radio on etc.. It then came up with same fault approx 4 minutes later so I didn't clear it again.

It can be a DIY job but there is a newer version now - AMK - Flack or Bodsy ( site sponsors ) can give a bit more advice. They have been known to be refurbed - I replaced mine - sweet as a nut & very quiet. They usually last 40 - 60k miles. A sure sign they are failing is a noisy compressor. Give Bodsy or Flack a pm. Thumbs Up good luck. 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............
