WANTED: Brembo Calipers

As title. Condition not really important, as they will be getting refurbished anyway.

Only requirement is that the bolts threads are OK, and come with the pad retaining clips and pins Thumbs Up

Cash waiting

I've got a set, need painted and a couple of the pistons maybe replaced, I'd imagine you would send them to be reconditioned and they would get painted at the same time, I've got pictures, if your interested let me know.

There is a new set on Ebay for £300, a 2nd hand for £250 or individually for around £90 each.

Would rather the cash went to a forum member, or hopefully, find a set even cheaper Whistle

Brembos

Make sure if you buy any from e bay they are definitley for the sport, the ones for the ffrr look exactly the same, but the mounting lugs are spaced differently which means the cant be fitted to the sport.
I'd get the seller to measure the distance between the mounting lugs to make sure they are for the sport.
I had a painful experience a while back when I bought a set so I could have them refurbed then just fit them on the car, seller was adamant that they were for a sport....but they weren't, got refunded eventually but proved to be a real pain in the tits.

I know of the differences. Work with them on a daily basis. A pair of calipers are nothing compared to the work I have just done to my own Disco, to which they will be fitted to.

I'm sure you know the differences Mikey, but a lot of the people selling them don't, the guy I had dealt with argued strongly that the ones he sold were for a sport, even though he never fitted them on one, and that his local land rover tech told him they fitted a sport.
