Replacing the oem head unit purely for asthetic reasons...

Has anyone done this?

I'm happy with the sound quality, sat nav blah blah.. However the oem head unit in my eyes looks atrocious. Have seen a few pics on google of a pre facelift RRS with a double din head unit.

After googling said subject, it's left me confused and scared.

Has anyone done it??
