United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Rimini Red
Current fuel economy in the cold weather ?

Just trying to get a feel but it seems since the temperatures have dropped, my supercharged is averaging 9.5 mpg ?!? Unsure if thats expected or exceptionally high. I reset weekly and all my mileage is local as a guide..

Whats yours at the moment ? (Regardless of model just curious) Why?.. Because i can....

Tdv6, only had a couple of weeks so can't comment on seasonal difference in mpg

On the motorway coming back from collecting it I was getting 32 which I was pleasantly surprised by, over the last couple of weeks this has dropped to 20 as its all short journeys around town

Will be getting it remapped shortly so hopefully this will increase it a bit

I usually see a drop of a couple of mpg in cold weather. I put this down to the FBH running on short journeys. About 20mpg currently.

On longer runs, I expect to see mid/high-20s in my TDV8 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

2.7 TDV6, currently showing 26, reset last fill up, about 75% dual carriageway, the rest local.
I have an EGR fault code showing so will be blanking soon, hoping for an increase.
Then considering Autolgic or BAS remap for further gains Smile
Would be interested to see replies on this thread who have remapped, what gains they've got and with what map Thumbs Up

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Santorini Black

You all should get better fuel economy in cold weather as all internal combustion engines run more efficiantly on colder densor air, that is why intercoolers where introduced, even petrol engines like colder densor air. 10 TDV8 Santorini

Wow.... almost double my current ! Big Cry I've found turbocharged petrol cars to me more economical and quicker in the cold weather, but never found the same to be true with N/A engines, and this is my first supercharged engine.

Only one supercharged figure so far ? Why?.. Because i can....
