3c - FBH not starting

Morning all,

So finaly, cold enought again this morning for the FBH heater to kick in and well... it didn't... a few weeks ago, it was cold enough as well and it did not start... I performed the "reset" of the unit by removing the fuse and waited for another cold morning to see if it worked...

As said, it did not... Any other suggestion? Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

Newbie to all this FBH stuff, but just to add my understanding to see if it helps (I'm sure I'll be put right if my assumptions are incorrect Embarassed ).

The FBH is an automatic function to help heat the cooling system and therefore improve engine performance. It is not something you can switch on or off save for the issue with low fuel as mentioned above.

FBH Park Heating is something entirely different. This has to be enabled and can be activated either by the function (snowflake) on the same screen as the 4x4 option or by remote control if you have fitted that option.

I'm not sure which of these is not working for you Question Question

Thank is fuel, no light there.

Re StevoD, you are correct and what is not working for me is the automatic function on cold weather. Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

Climate control also needs to be on for FBH to start.

So, finally, quick trip to Park Royal on Saturday morning and Rob from service sort it out. Software update available for the fbh Test run it after and all good. Big thumb up Thumbs Up

With all the software updated available all the time, they should really consider a way to plug the car to our home wifi network to install them Laughing

Thanks again for your help! Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6
