Changing front door card on an 06 Range Rover Sport

Hi guys,

I'm new to the site. Due to pick up a 2006 RAnge Rover Sport next friday. Very excited but the front drivers side door card has a nasty indent at the top where the previous owner has been leaning their elbow for god knows how long.

Have found a spare door card for £100 (pretty good condition) but the mine has a wood trim finish and the replacement door card doesn't.

Does anyone know if it's possible to swap the vinyl trim with my wood trim? Or would I be better off getting my door card repaired? 2006 Range Rover Sport HSE 4.4

You would be better off repairing or finding a direct swap

Its not an impossible exchange - but it will be really really difficult as its bonded on well (or should be Mike

I had a feeling that would be the case. I just hope that the leather recon guy can repair the damage.
