The only way to really make it roar, is get rid of the cats and straight pipe it ... make sure you post vids if / when you do it |

Just decat it and replace with a straight pipe. That's the best the TDV6 will sound.

Bear in mind you can only remove the CAT from vehicles up to chassis number 7a. At the moment it won't fail an mot, but!! New laws maybe coming in. If you buy a bolt on de cat pipe then as long as you don't mind swapping it back, that is if these new laws come in then it's never a problem. |

Think a custom de cat pipe is around £90. then it's a case of unbolting the cat section and replacing the de cat one. Flange on the turbo end is a bit fiddly but apart from that an easy job. |
